You see, this endeavor is born from the desire to share a passion, which is yoga, and the microclimate created in these class experiences.
This morning I personally attended, even though my presence wasn’t necessary, as I was able to delegate attending the meeting thanks to a collaboration and focus on this publication.
Observing from the outside, I could truly feel what Wero was experiencing: the intense pressure of not seeing the expected participants arrive. This situation has opened my eyes to the importance of moving forward with each event, regardless of the number of attendees.
The lesson here is clear: seek failure quickly, learn from it, and keep moving forward. The more activities we undertake, the more opportunities we will have to connect with people, and sometimes, those few who attend can transform into the most loyal and enthusiastic members of our community.
It’s not just about filling a space, but enriching every encounter, no matter its size.
- Realities of Organizing Events: We are also seeing few reservations for the event in Caravaca, only people who already knew us. But for me, this is not the first time; in the nearly 30 events we have done, 35% have had very low participation.
Because each one of these has been an opportunity to grow and learn.😌
- The Value of Experiences: Beyond the numbers, what really matters are the connections we make and what each person takes away.
