  1. Cancellations within 72 hours: If you decide to cancel your booking or experience within 72 hours prior to the scheduled start or date, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund.
  2. Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice: Should you choose to cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled start or date, we will refund the amount paid minus any payment platform fees. Please be aware that these fees may vary depending on the credit card used.
  3. Cancellations on our part: If the event is canceled due to an error or issue on our end, no additional charges will be applied, and you will receive a full refund.
  4. Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend and prefer not to cancel, we offer the option to transfer your ticket to another person at no extra cost. We kindly ask that you inform us in advance and provide the details of the new attendee.
  5. Medical Justification: If you cannot attend due to a medical reason and inform us with less than 72 hours notice, we cannot offer a refund. However, we will provide a full discount for your next activity with us.
  6. Travel: Bookings related to travel are non-refundable under any circumstances. This is due to the commitments and reservations we make with suppliers and other intermediaries, which do not allow us to recover these costs.
